Sweetwater Valley Farm makes farmstead cheese using milk from the dairy cows that live on the farm. Visitors can see how cheese is made and taste samples of award-winning Cheddar as well as scores of other varieties made onsite. The store also carries honey, jams and jellies, crackers, and ice cream. Also located on the farm is an event barn with displays titled “The Udder Story,” a lesson on dairy farming, past and present. The event barn is available for family gatherings or special occasions.
