18th Century Artisan Fair

18th Century Artisan Fair – Saturday, March 23 (10:00am to 5:00pm) and Sunday, March 24 (10:00am to 2:00pm) at Fort Loudoun.

Garrison Weekend is a free, family-friendly, living history event that features the daily lives of the men, women and children of Fort Loudoun during the French and Indian War.

Trades were often learned through an apprenticeship before making a living by them. This weekend reenactors will demonstrate several of these. Trades may include blacksmithing, tinsmithing, wood working, leather working, laundry, and the medical field.  Musket, artillery firing, and laundry demonstrations will take place throughout the day.

The Fort will be open from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM on Saturday, and 10:00 AM-2:00 PM on Sunday.   There is no admission fee for this event.

For more information, please call the park office at (423) 420-2331.

The event is finished.
