Night Hike 1-7

Night Hike – Saturday, Jan. 7 at Fort Loudoun (5:30pm to 7:30pm).

Join Ranger Baghetti on a rare night hike at Fort Loudoun State Historic Park. Lit by a bright moon, the park has different sights and sounds at night. Enjoy the mountains’ and water’s reflection and identify nocturnal animals by sound.  The hike will end with hot chocolate at the visitor center.

This hike is 1.5 miles and rated easy to moderate.  Wear closed toe shoes. Bring water and a flashlight, preferably one equipped with a red light.  Space is limited to 15, so be sure to sign up and reserve your spot.  Cost is $5.  423-420-2331
