Ziplines: Ocoee River Canopy Tour sails over 14 wooded acres with 9 zip line sections and 3 swinging sky bridges.  Enjoy this tree-based canopy tour with spectacular views of Big Frog Mountain and Cherokee National Forest.  Canopy Rangers watch out for your safety and fun, while filling you in on the history of the area’s fantastic historical ecosystem recovery story from barren red clay banks to deep green forest.  All Canopy Tour Rangers are trained to, and all courses are built and inspected to ACCT Standards to provide for your well-being and fun.

White Water Rafting: The Middle Ocoee River is half a day of Tennessee white water rafting fun for individuals, families, and groups. Everyone, including Scouts and camps with teens, love this roller coaster stretch of river where your guide will steer you through an unbroken run of class III and IV rapids like Grumpy’s, Double Trouble and Table Saw. See a little history along the way with the last remaining wooden powerhouse water flume in the country. If you’re looking for a fun experience of blasting through big white water, the Middle Ocoee is the trip for you!

This was a very beautiful drive. It had a lot of overlooks and the trees were very beautiful. We also rode over to Joyce Kilmer Forest. This was a very nice hike and was amazing to see all the older trees. I would advise to take a bathroom break before the trip across the mountain.

Incredible drive through the Cherokee National Forest. Lots of hiking, waterfalls and mountain streams. Areas of the skyway are rather curvy, so beware. Some like to speed through this area either in road rally’s or on motorcycle. Have seen several severe accidents. A MUST visit for all the beauty!

We were surprised at how beautiful this route is. Sadly, our trip was cut short from annual undergrowth burning. We will definitely come back this way.

Nice smooth road that’s a lot of fun with beautiful sights. There’s plenty of pull offs for photos and small hikes and it makes a really nice scenic drive.
