ETOWAH ARTS COMMISSION

A Tennessee Overhill Heritage Association Initiative

ETOWAH ARTS COMMISSION

The Etowah Arts Commission, a Tennessee Overhill Initiative, exists to promote and sponsor artistic activities for the Overhill region.

The Nancy Cantrell Dender Gallery is open FREE to the public Thursday–Saturday, 11 AM–7 PM, or by appointment.

Each year EAC sponsors the Cousin Jake Memorial Bluegrass Festival as well as the area’s most important educational event: the Young Authors’ Conference.

The gallery space is used to showcase local artists from the Overhill region, school art shows, and partners with other community groups to bring the many forms of art to Etowah.

Programs are funded in part through the Tennessee Arts Commission.
